1951 Harbor Bay Parkway is a ground-up development designed to accommodate the expansion of Exelixis within the Harbor Bay Business Park, creating an integrated campus environment for the growing company. Once completed, the property will include approximately 220,000 square feet of office space and bring up to 900 new jobs to Alameda. The project will incorporate sustainable design features, as well as provide a transit-friendly campus.
