Mercy Cuevas, Controller
Mercy Cuevas has 28 years of experience working in accounting and organizational operations within the property management and development sides of commercial real estate.  She has been involved from start to finish including creating LLCs, coordinating funding of investments by private investors, acquiring land, monitoring construction loan draws and managing the finished product along with its investors.  Prior to joining SRM Partners, she was the Director of Finance and Operations for a real estate executive recruiting firm and the Controller for a private equity family office.  At SRM Partners, she is hands-on with financial reporting, human resources, benefits management and information technology.  Mercy attended the University of San Francisco.
